Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience with Jira and BI reporting is required.
• SQL experience preferred for data analysis.
• Insurance industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Document current-state and future-state software development processes and workflows.
• Analyze Jira usage, workflows, dashboards, and reporting to identify gaps and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements and support rollout.
• Develop and maintain reporting to reveal workload, throughput, aging work, and blockers.
