Job summary

Falvey Insurance Group, LTD in North Kingstown, RI, is seeking a Project Execution Analyst to drive timely IT project delivery and cross-functional coordination. You will manage Jira data, coordinate with Software Development, SQA, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders, and track risks and dependencies to keep initiatives on track.

You’ll operate with independence on assigned workstreams, escalate blockers as needed, and translate technical updates for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.
• Three to five years of experience in project coordination, delivery operations, or similar tech-focused roles.
• Experience with Jira or other structured work-tracking systems in software/IT environments.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned IT projects, enhancements, production-readiness activities, and cross-team workstreams from intake through delivery.
• Maintain Jira as the source of truth for assigned work, including status, ownership, relationships, sprint assignment, and dependencies.
• Support sprint planning, mid-sprint health checks, and end-of-sprint analysis to ensure progress.
• Identify risks, blockers, unclear requirements, and resource constraints early, documenting impacts and next steps.
• Provide concise, accurate updates to technical teams, business partners, and leadership.
• Prepare meeting agendas, capture decisions, and track action items to ensure accountability.
• Maintain project documentation and release artifacts in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Coordinate with SQA and business stakeholders on acceptance criteria, testing readiness, and release timing.
