Job summary

Falvey Insurance Group is seeking a Project Execution Analyst to drive timely IT project delivery across software development, solutions, SQA, infrastructure, database, and operations. You will coordinate work, maintain Jira data, track risks, and ensure clear follow-up before delays.

This role operates with independence on assigned projects, escalating risks and blockers, and translating between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years in project coordination, execution, business analysis, or IT delivery.
• Experience with Jira or structured work-tracking in software/IT environments.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, SDLC, QA/UAT, and release coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT projects, enhancements, and cross-team workstreams from intake to delivery.
• Maintain Jira as the source of truth, including status, ownership, dependencies, and dates.
• Support sprint planning, health checks, and end-of-sprint analysis to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify risks and blockers early and elevate when leadership visibility is needed.
• Provide concise status updates to technical teams and business partners.
