Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, creating structures to solve complex problems and deliver high-impact solutions while fostering growth.
• Own team-wide architectural decisions and technical direction for a high-visibility S3-wide initiative, balancing tactical needs with strategic goals.
• Create mechanisms and metrics to explain team performance and identify opportunities to improve customer experiences.
• Partner with engineering leaders across S3 to address complex technical challenges and ensure architectural cohesiveness.
