You will mentor engineers, hire talent, and collaborate with senior leadership and partner teams to deliver robust, scalable web services while aligning with customer needs and operational health.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly within engineering teams.
• 3+ years of designing or architecting scalable, reliable systems.
• 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural vision, uphold best practices and quality standards.
• Hire and develop talent, mentor engineers and build high-performing teams.
• Partner with Senior/Principal Engineers and cross-functional AWS teams to prioritize solutions for long-term success.
