Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a passionate software engineer for S3 Index, responsible for building next-generation durable storage systems and distributed software. You will work on high-scale, highly available services with ownership and mentorship embedded in the culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience on large systems.
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related experience.
• Experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered or distributed software using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

• Build the next generation of S3 Index systems.
• Help deliver durable, scalable distributed storage software for S3.
• Collaborate with AWS teams to meet customer needs and maintain high quality.
