Job summary

Tower Loan is seeking a Development Manager to lead software engineering teams and oversee modernization of the company’s technology systems, including the loan management platform. You will report to the CTO and manage Team Leads to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities include architectural governance, security practices, CI/CD, and cross-team collaboration with Product Management and QA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; equivalent professional experience considered.
• 8+ years in software development; 3+ years leading teams.
• Extensive experience with C#/.NET, SQL Server, APIs, distributed systems.
• Familiar with Agile development, CI/CD pipelines, and software release management.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development initiatives and modernization projects.
• Coach and develop Team Leads; oversee planning and risks.
• Ensure architecture standards, security, and quality across teams.
• Coordinate dependencies and release readiness with stakeholders.
• Provide updates to CTO on progress and priorities.
