• Oversee development of functional requirements, business rules, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Define system requirements across the lending lifecycle: origination, servicing, payments, and collections.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Legal to meet federal/state regulations and policies.
• Prioritize product backlog based on business needs and available resources.
• Work with architects, developers, and QA to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and obtain approvals before implementation.
• Identify inconsistencies in processes across branches to standardize operations.
• Develop product documentation and standards; support training materials and post-launch improvements.
