You will mentor engineers, drive technical strategy, oversee delivery schedules, collaborate with product managers and QA, and set coding standards while promoting best practices and professional development opportunities. This role requires strong leadership and a focus on scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong experience with Microsoft technologies (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server) and modern web front-end frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices a plus; knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Oversee daily operations, including project assignments, resource planning, and prioritization.
• Conduct regular code reviews, set coding standards, and encourage best development practices.

• Guide the team in designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA analysts, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and timelines.

• Implement and optimize software development processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Identify and remove technical bottlenecks and barriers to team productivity.
