Liberty Software is partnering with client pharmacies across the country to deliver powerful, user‑friendly software. We seek a Product Analyst to work with a Product Owner, gather requirements, design features, and support sprint execution through the lifecycle.

This role requires collaboration with development and QA teams, strong communication, and the ability to learn a complex clinical domain quickly. The position is based in Southlake, TX and does not sponsor work visas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field.
• 2+ years in product/business analysis or pharmacy operations.
• Familiarity with pharmacy software and healthcare systems.
• Retail pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Excel; SQL is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile development and writing user stories.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Translate needs into specs, designs, and product workflows.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and cross‑functional teams.
• Assist in sprint planning and agile ceremonies.
• Support UAT by validating delivered features.
• Capture feedback from beta programs and organize actions.
• Analyze product data to identify gaps and improvements.
• Present findings to product and development teams.
