The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering consumer-focused interactive experiences across platforms. You will guide the full software development lifecycle, maintain coding standards, and stay current with new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of software development experience in a management role.
• Experience as a Software Development Manager or similar leadership role.
• 5+ years of web application development or native application with UI/UX focus.
• Proven leadership to inspire and motivate a team of developers.
• Experience delivering across multiple platforms (Mac, Windows, Linux).
• Knowledge of multiple development frameworks and tools across Mac, Windows, and Linux.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing environment.
• Guide the creation of new, innovative and highly engaging consumer-focused interactive experiences.
• Manage the entire software development lifecycle, from project planning to deployment and maintenance.
