Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of software development experience in a management role.
• Experience as a Software Development Manager or similar leadership role.
• 5+ years of experience in web or native app development with strong UX focus.
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver goals.
• Experience delivering across multiple platforms.
• Experience developing cloud-based or native desktop applications.
• Knowledge of multiple development frameworks and tools across Mac, Windows, and Linux.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; translate complex concepts clearly.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
