You will guide the lifecycle from planning to deployment, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into engaging user experiences.

This role emphasizes leadership, hands-on technical guidance, and a commitment to ongoing growth within a fast-paced media tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of software development experience in a management role.
• Experience as a Software Development Manager or similar leadership role.
• 5+ years of experience in web application development with focus on interactive UI/UX.
• Proven leadership skills to inspire and motivate a development team.
• Experience delivering across multiple platforms (web/mobile/desktop).
• Experience developing cloud-based or native desktop applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing environment.
• Guide the creation of new, innovative and highly engaging consumer focused interactive experiences.
• Manage the entire software development lifecycle, from project planning to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into web application features.
• Coach and mentor the engineering team for growth and high coding standards.
• Ensure adherence to standard SDLC practices and maintain quality across releases.
• Stay current with technology trends and best practices.
