Job summary

Qualifications

3+ years of engineering team management experience.
7+ years of working directly within engineering teams experience.
3+ years of designing or architecting scalable systems.
8+ years leading multi-tier web services development.
Experience with full software lifecycle, code reviews, and live-site operations.
Experience partnering with product or program management teams.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the product and architecture strategy for large-scale access analysis.
Drive customer-facing impact by simplifying security risk discovery for enterprise needs.
Own system reliability, scalability, and operational metrics for billions of evaluations.
Build and maintain integrations with internal platforms to expand coverage.
Identify risks early and escalate to senior leadership as needed.
Set team strategy, plans, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with product management, solutions architects, and service teams.
Leverage AI tooling to improve productivity and efficiency.
Grow and develop a strong, diverse team through mentoring and coaching.
