Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Memphis, TN seeks an Advisor, Software Developer -- IIB to lead and contribute to the design, coding, testing, and deployment of enterprise software. The role emphasizes systems thinking, SDLC documentation, and mentoring developers while delivering robust integrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; 8+ years of relevant experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of Java (1.4+), JSP, XML, HTML, JavaScript.
Experience with Oracle 9+; SQL/PLSQL.
Experience with MQ, IBM Integration Bus, DataPower, API Connect, XML, SOA/ESB.

Responsibilities

Integrate, configure, and support Sterling WMS components and ensure data flow between warehouse systems and enterprise apps.
Analyze Sterling WMS issues; perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Encode, test, debug, and document software; review and troubleshoot core and customized software.
Provide on-call support and respond to escalated customer inquiries.
Design, develop, test, and support applications using MQ, IBM Integration Bus, ESQL, Java, EDI, Oracle DB, SOAP/REST, XML, API Connect, and related tech.
Mentor team members and perform peer reviews.
