Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Advisor, Software Developer -- IIB to lead integration projects and mentor junior developers. The role emphasizes systems thinking, SDLC documentation, and delivering robust MQ/IB/JAVA-based solutions for warehouse and enterprise applications.

The candidate will integrate Sterling WMS components, analyze issues across inbound/outbound/inventory workflows, and design, test, and deploy services using ESB/SOA technologies. Strong communication required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise software development.
• Strong Java/JSP/XML/HTML/JavaScript knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Integrate, configure, and support Sterling WMS components and data flow.
• Analyze Sterling WMS issues across inbound/outbound/inventory workflows; perform root-cause analysis.
• Develop, test, and document software applications using MQ, IBM Integration Bus, ESQL, Java, and web services.
• Provide after-hours or on-call support as needed, including weekends and evenings.
