Job summary

Strategic Resilience Group, LLC (SRG) seeks a Software Developer to support the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory Wargaming Division in Quantico, Virginia. The role builds and maintains software and simulation environments that support the Marine Corps transition to digital wargaming.

You will design, implement, and integrate simulation models, collaborate with engineers and analysts, and ensure model fidelity and interoperability across systems and platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, game development, or a related technical field with at least four years of software development experience; or 10 years of experience without a degree.
• Experience with programming languages such as C++, C#, Python, or Java.
• Familiarity with version control and collaborative software development workflows.
• Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain simulation models and environments.
• Integrate models into larger system architectures and support interoperability testing.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and SMEs to improve model fidelity and simulation accuracy.
• Implement features, test and validate models, and troubleshoot simulation platforms.
• Support simulation project planning, coordination, documentation, data collection, and stakeholder alignment.
