Job summary

Strategic Resilience Group LLC in Quantico, Virginia seeks a Simulation Developer to support the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory Wargaming Division. You will design, develop, and maintain simulation models and environments to help transition to digital wargaming.

You will integrate models into larger systems, test interoperability, and work with engineers, analysts, and subject matter experts to improve fidelity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 12 years of equivalent experience; 2+ years in simulation or game-based environments.
• Proficiency in C++, C#, Python, or Java.
• Experience with simulation platforms such as AFSIM, NGTS, OneSAF, Unity, Unreal Engine, Simio or Arena.
• Familiarity with version control and collaborative workflows.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain simulation models and environments.
• Integrate models into larger architectures and support interoperability testing.
• Collaborate with engineers and analysts to improve fidelity and accuracy.
• Implement features, test, validate, and troubleshoot simulation platforms.
• Support project planning, coordination, data collection, and stakeholder alignment.
