Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a motivated Wargaming Simulation Developer to join MCWL in Quantico, VA on-site. You will design, develop, and sustain simulation models and environments using languages like C++, C#, Python, and Java, and integrate them into larger architectures.

Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and subject matter experts to improve fidelity, perform testing and validation, and help plan projects, data collection, and capability tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a technical field as listed.
• Minimum of 5+ years development experience.
• Experience with modeling & simulations or wargaming scenario development.
• Proficiency in C++, C#, Python or Java.
• Experience with simulation platforms or gaming engines listed.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and sustain simulation models and environments.
• Integrate simulations into larger system architectures for interoperability.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and SMEs to enhance fidelity.
• Implement features, test, validate, and troubleshoot across platforms.
• Lead planning, coordination, and documentation for projects.
