Job summary

The International Rescue Committee in the United States seeks a Software Developer to join the METAL team, building data tools with PowerApps, Power BI, Databricks, and Azure SQL for KPI-driven decision-making in CRRD programs.

You will design, develop, and support data platforms, contribute to data quality and security standards, and provide Tier-2/3 support while coordinating with IT and product teams.

Qualifications

• At least five years in technology to develop data platforms.
• Three+ years deploying PowerApps for large programs.
• Experience with source control (GitHub/Azure DevOps) and testing.
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain PowerApps and Power Automate solutions.
• Support development and rollout of organization-wide data products with METAL.
• Create technical documentation and system diagrams.
• Implement data quality and security standards.
• Provide Tier-2 and Tier-3 technical support and issue routing.
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering on integrations.
• Review requirements and translate into development tasks.
• Contribute to process standards and controls.
• Provide hyper-support during pilot technology rollouts.
