Job summary

Accord Technologies Inc is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dataverse & Power Apps Developer Consultant to design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power Platform solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

The role focuses on Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Dataverse modeling and security, and advanced integrations with Azure services, APIs, and automation. You will work closely with product owners, analysts, and architects to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Power Apps development.
• Dataverse data modeling and security architecture.
• 5+ years of Dataverse development experience.
• Advanced Power Platform data modeling and security.
• Develop complex workflows using Power Automate.
• Experience creating and managing custom connectors and APIs.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services.
• Strong ALM/DevOps, deployment pipelines, and governance.
• Must hold a Microsoft Power Platform certification or 5+ years of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power Apps solutions using canvas and model-driven apps.
• Design and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, forms, views, APIs, and security roles.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications, data sources, and Azure services.
• Develop and manage custom connectors and API integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Apply best practices for solution architecture, governance, data modeling, and secure-by-design development.
• Support Power Platform ALM, DevOps practices, and deployment pipelines.
• Maintain technical documentation covering configurations, data models, custom connectors, workflows, and operational support.
• Assist with monitoring, auditing, logging, and compliance controls in accordance with enterprise policies.
