Job summary

International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a Software Developer to build data tools that support KPIs for CRRD programs. You will work on PowerApps, Power Automate, Databricks, and Azure SQL, collaborating with METAL and sector experts to implement scalable data platforms.

You will design, develop, document, and maintain data solutions, ensure data quality and security, and provide 2nd/3rd line support. A strong English communicator with cross-functional teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology to develop and rollout data platforms for programs.
• 3+ years of PowerApps development for large programs.
• Experience with source code/version control (GitHub, Azure DevOps).
• Strong code quality practices: unit/integration/regression testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain PowerApps and Power Automate solutions.
• Support data products across METAL and domain experts.
• Create technical docs and system diagrams.
• Ensure data quality, security, and development standards.
• Provide Tier-2 and Tier-3 technical support and issue routing.
