Are you a seasoned full-stack expert with a passion for technology strategy and team leadership? Do you thrive at the intersection of architecture, engineering, and mentoring? We’re looking for a Software Developer IV to take on the role of Team Architect & Technical Lead — someone who can guide a diverse team of frontend, backend, and database developers toward a unified, scalable, and modern tech stack.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the technical architect and hands-on leader for a cross-functional development team
• Design and oversee full-stack architecture (frontend, backend, and database) across multiple projects
• Lead the effort to consolidate and modernize the team’s tech stack, prioritizing scalability, maintainability, and cloud optimization
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers across specialties, promoting best practices in clean code, DevOps, and CI/CD
• Own high-level technical decisions in collaboration with product managers and leadership
• Act as a key stakeholder in cloud architecture, ensuring security, cost-efficiency, and performance
• Review code, set standards, and resolve technical roadblocks across the team

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of software development experience, including recent leadership or architect roles
• Deep experience in frontend development (e.g., NextJS, React Native,)
• Proven expertise in backend technologies (Node.js, .NET, Python)
• Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, modeling, and optimization
• Mastery of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, including infrastructure design and cost/performance tuning
• Strong understanding of system design, microservices, and modern DevOps practices
• Ability to evaluate, advocate for, and guide the adoption of new technologies where appropriate
• Excellent communication and leadership skills — you’re a coach, not just a coder
• Prior experience consolidating disparate systems or migrating teams to unified frameworks
• Experience with event-driven architecture, containers, and serverless technologies
• Exposure to security frameworks and performance monitoring

• 2 Database Developers
