The Global Nutrition Project Management team plays a critical role in bringing new products to market and ensuring the long-term success of Amway's Nutrition portfolio. The team manages approximately 60 active projects at any given time, balancing both new product development initiatives and sales continuity efforts across global markets.
As Amway's Nutrition portfolio evolves toward a health outcomes-based strategy, the team is helping drive large-scale transformation efforts that impact product development, commercialization, global regulatory requirements, ingredient sourcing, and portfolio optimization. This includes rethinking how products are developed, marketed, and launched by implementing new processes and innovative approaches to portfolio management.
The team works across a wide range of functions and partners around the world, making it an exciting environment for someone who enjoys collaboration, problem-solving, and driving change. Artificial Intelligence is also becoming an increasingly important part of the team's strategy as they explore new ways to improve productivity, data analysis, decision-making, and process efficiency.
The intern will support priority transformation initiatives across the Global Nutrition Project Management organization. Working alongside project managers, business leaders, and cross-functional partners, the intern will help analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, support project planning activities, and develop insights that inform strategic decisions.
This role is ideal for a student interested in project management, business transformation, change management, and innovation. The intern will gain exposure to both operational and strategic work while contributing to initiatives that directly impact the future of Amway's Nutrition portfolio.
Projects may evolve throughout the summer based on business priorities, offering the intern a dynamic and highly visible experience.
Undergraduate students who will have completed their junior year by the start of the internship, including seniors who will remain academically active through the internship, with an anticipated graduation date between August 2027 and April 2028.
Your pay rate within the posted range will be based on your completed class year at the start of the internship program. Amway’s recruiting team will confirm your applicable rate during the recruitment process.
