Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Works independently with clients and consultants on maintenance and enhancement tasks.
• Reviews, analyzes, evaluates, and documents requested modifications to existing and new business processes and system applications.
• Provides production support to address application errors; on-call duties may be required.
• Participates in software development activities and guides other staff; develops tests and documentation.
