Job summary

Thoughtworks is looking for Software Developers to collaborate with Business Analysts, Designers and project teams to design software solutions that create meaningful change for clients. You will write clean, iterative code, adopt best practices like TDD and pair programming, and participate in DevOps culture to deliver high-quality products.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of software development experience.
Experience with one or more languages (Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, TypeScript, Ruby, C#, etc.).
Able to write clean, high-quality code and identify bad code.
Familiar with Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery practices.
Strong understanding of TDD, CI/CD approaches/tools.
Bonus points for knowledge of cloud tech (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

Learn and adopt best practices like clean, reusable code with TDD, pair programming and design patterns.
Use continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software and value to customers.
Collaborate in value-driven teams to build innovative customer experiences.
Work with teammates to design concepts and features with UX specifications embedded.
Partner with technologists from cross-functional teams to advocate DevOps culture.
Take ownership beyond individual deliverables to deliver great client results.
Learn and apply the latest technology thinking from our Technology Radar to solve client problems.
