• Leading a team of software engineers to oversee project activity, manage project deliverables and progress, prioritize plans for future iterations, and manage team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, enterprise-level software development projects using object-oriented technologies such as Java, Ruby, or .NET.
• Analyze, develop and test on full life-cycle software development projects using Agile methodologies (XP, CI, CD, TDD, pair programming).
• Make architectural and design decisions and oversee project activity; mentor developers and coordinate across countries/time zones.
