Job summary

ThoughtWorks, Inc. is seeking Software Developers to collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, Designers and Project Managers to design software solutions that drive meaningful change for clients. You will write clean, iterative code and contribute to high-quality delivery while embracing Agile and CI/CD practices.

The role emphasizes balancing strong opinions with openness to the right solution, ensuring voices are heard, and going beyond standard engineering to innovate and improve.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in software development.
• Experience using one or more development languages (Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, TypeScript, Ruby, C#, etc.) with object-oriented programming.
• Writing clean, high-quality code in multiple languages and ability to spot bad code and improve it.
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery.
• Good awareness of TDD, CI/CD approaches/tools.

• You have two or more years* of experience
• You have experience using one or more development languages (Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, TypeScript, Ruby, C#, etc.) with experience in Object-Oriented programming
• You can write clean, high-quality code in a variety of languages and are also able to spot (and improve) bad code
• You are familiar with Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery
• You have a good awareness of TDD, continuous integration and continuous delivery approaches/tools
• Bonus points if you have knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Docker or Kubernetes
