DENSO is seeking an experienced Software Deployment Manager to lead the deployment and implementation of Industrial IoT software across manufacturing and supply chain operations.

You will head a team of deployment engineers, drive on-time releases, and partner with Product, Development, Operations, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable deployments.

We are seeking an experienced Software Deployment Manager to lead the deployment and implementation of Industrial IoT (Internet of Things) software solutions across our manufacturing and supply chain operations.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead a team of software deployment engineers, ensuring successful delivery of software releases, system configurations, and implementation projects. You will balance team leadership, project execution, and technical oversight while partnering closely with product, development, operations, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who can drive execution, improve processes, and ensure reliable deployment of software solutions that support manufacturing and supply chain performance.

Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

Software Deployment & Technical Oversight
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to deployment teams without micromanaging day-to-day activities.
  • Ensure best practices are followed for software deployment, configuration management, testing, security, and system reliability.
  • Collaborate with software development, support, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support.
  • Help define technical strategies and deployment standards.
  • Ensure deployed systems meet requirements for scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as a key partner between Engineering, Product Management, Quality Assurance, DevOps, Operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into actionable deployment plans and technical solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support organizational goals by aligning deployment activities with broader business objectives.
