Job summary

ServiceNet Inc. is seeking a Software Development Coordinator to organize and drive in-house software development, enterprise technology, and data initiatives from its Northampton, MA location.

You will coordinate projects involving software applications, data warehouses, dashboards, integrations, and reporting, translating business needs into prioritized technical work. The role requires collaboration across teams, managing data requests, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and privacy

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in software development or IT project coordination.
• Experience coordinating enterprise technology projects and data/reporting requests.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, or similar.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure and BI/reporting tools.
• Understanding of version control, testing, release management.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day software development, data, and technology project work.
• Manage priorities, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and deadlines across a portfolio.
• Coordinate software builds, data warehouse initiatives, dashboards, and reporting.
• Handle data and reporting requests from programs and stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and plans.
• Maintain development standards, code review practices, testing expectations, and release processes.
• Track progress, identify risks, and provide status updates.
• Support enterprise applications, integrations, and analytics across programs.
