Job summary

Netsmart is seeking a Technical Consultant to partner with clients, analyze business processes, configure solutions, and implement data integrations between Netsmart software and third-party systems in pre-production and production environments.

This role bridges client requirements with technical solutions, supporting configuration, interface design, data validation, troubleshooting, and successful deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CS, or related field or equivalent 2 years of experience.
• At least 1 year in healthcare IT, systems implementation, consulting, or systems management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask across projects and work under pressure.
• Ability to solve design and programming-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Implement technically focused solutions for multiple EHR software systems.
• Design and develop forms, reports, interfaces and related system components.
• Consult with clients on designs related to forms, reports and interfaces.
• Support rollout of new solutions with technical setup, data transfer testing, and validation.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve code for logging, monitoring, and analytics.
• Lead client and vendor calls to drive data mapping and translate requirements between systems.
