Job summary

Netsmart is a healthcare software company delivering technology and services across behavioral health, human services, and post-acute markets. This Technical Consultant role partners with clients to analyze business processes, configure solutions, and implement data integrations between Netsmart software and third-party systems in pre-production and production environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in MIS/CS/IST/Data Analytics or equivalent with 2 years of experience.
Minimum 1 year of healthcare IT, systems implementation, consulting, or systems management.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure; strong analytical/problem-solving.
Experience with EHRs, HL7 interfaces, BPMN; SQL/PostgreSQL for data validation.
Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.

Responsibilities

Implement technically focused solutions for multiple EHR software solutions.
Design and develop forms, reports, interfaces and related system components.
Consult with clients on designs for forms, reports and interfaces.
Support rollout of new solutions, including data transfer testing and validation.
Collaborate with engineering to improve code for logging, monitoring, analytics, and process improvements.
Lead client and third-party vendor calls to drive data mapping and translate requirements.
