JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Technology Support Lead in Corporate Technology to oversee software asset optimization within the ESM function.

You will lead licensing, compliance, and cost-control initiatives across on‑prem, SaaS, and cloud environments while coordinating with product owners and legal teams to optimize spend. Responsibilities include audits, reporting, license management, and collaboration with discovery teams to ensure accurate usage data.

Qualifications

• Experience managing software assets across on‑prem, SaaS and cloud environments.
• Ability to read and operationalize software license agreements and terms.
• Familiarity with SAM tools and discovery/inventory systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage software licensing, contracts, and inventory across publishers.
• Create and deliver software compliance reporting and insights.
• Maintain accurate software and contract records across repositories.
• Perform periodic internal compliance audits of entitlements vs deployments.
• Collaborate with product owners to optimize usage ahead of renewals.
• Project manage contract renewal activity across involved teams.
• Ensure data quality and act as a data owner in relevant products.
• Demonstrate financial acumen for forecasting and budgeting.
• Identify license gaps and coordinate with vendors and Legal as needed.
• Collaborate with Software Discovery to ensure accurate usage detection.
• Own publisher-facing licensing items and drive optimal outcomes.
