Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Software Property Manager to support software accountability across classified environments for U.S. government customers. The role focuses on lifecycle tracking, licensing, and compliance under FAR/DFARS requirements.

Based in a role with elevated security clearance, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate property records and timely renewals, enabling mission-critical cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in property/asset management and/or real estate financial analysis.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS property clauses and government accountability.
• Experience with asset tracking tools or software license management.
• Experience in classified environments (IC or DoD) and TS/SCI with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage software property assets through lifecycle across classified and unclassified environments.
• Maintain auditable software property records, including licenses and deployment locations.
• Ensure compliance with FAR 52.245-1 and DFARS property clauses in government contexts.
• Support audits, self-assessments, and surveillance with accurate data.
• Coordinate with program teams and stakeholders on deployments and dispositions.
• Maintain SOPs, inventory reports, and CDRL inputs for consistency.
• Monitor license utilization and renewal/ reallocation timelines.
• Collaborate with hardware property managers for integrated asset visibility.
• Identify opportunities to improve tracking processes and automation.
