The role requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and willingness to travel locally.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS or related field; experience may substitute.
• Equivalent combinations of education/experience considered.
• Experience in Windows Desktop OS and enterprise software.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee procurement and renewal of endpoint software licenses.
• Manage user access and license usage in an enterprise environment.
• Collaborate with EUS and IT teams to resolve issues.
• Document configurations and procedures for supported applications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
