The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Contract Management professional to support internal departments in ensuring software needs, licensing compliance, and reporting on purchases and usage.

The role involves working with vendors to secure favorable pricing, maintaining contract terms, and researching new products for internal use. It offers opportunities to analyze data and improve departmental efficiency.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Access preferred.
• Comfortable communicating with vendors by phone.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Technical experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Document agreements and provide reports on purchases, product usage, and licensing to ensure compliance with vendor contracts.
• Collaborate with vendors and resellers to obtain best pricing prior to purchases and ensure licensing terms are met.
• Research new vendors and products and process approvals to make them available for internal departments.
• Analyze data and formulate recommendations to improve efficiency for internal teams.
