Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Contract Management professional to help ensure software licenses and subscriptions are aligned with organizational needs. You will document agreements and generate reports on purchases, usage, and licensing terms to keep the company compliant.

Responsibilities include negotiating with vendors, researching new products, and presenting data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency for internal departments.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access preferred.
• Comfortable working with vendors over the phone.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Technical experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support internal departments to ensure software and subscriptions are compliant with licensing terms.
• Document agreements and provide reports on purchases and product usage.
• Research new vendors/products and obtain necessary licenses for internal use.
• Analyze data and formulate recommendations to improve efficiency for internal teams.
