Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced logistics professional with a TS/SCI clearance to support enterprise procurement processes and asset management across a large, distributed program.

The role focuses on inventory control, software-related procurement, and data reporting to leadership, with duties spanning warehousing, shipping, and lifecycle management across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience.
• Top Secret/SCI clearance; BA/BS – may substitute additional years of experience.
• Proficient use Excel & Microsoft software products.
• Prior experience of managing asset database systems (such as ServiceNow).
• Basic knowledge of IT equipment (routers, switches, thin clients).
• Warehouse management.
• Knowledge of shipping carriers (DHL, FedEx, USPS).
• Ability to multi-task supporting requests with varying timeline requirements.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience entering and manipulating information in asset management systems.
• Experience with completing hand receipts.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Self-starter who can independently work and collaborate with other teams.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining Warehouse equipment inventories, storage, issue, shipping and receiving, stakeholder interactions, and input into process improvements.
• Collaborate with Software team and leadership to provide coverage on all software-related functions for the CCMD including renewals, new purchases, updates, and tracking.
• Support annual spend-down of materials and spares and update data on SharePoint.
• Facilitate all inventory efforts locally and remote and provide weekly/monthly status reporting to leadership for all Property titles.
• Provide updates to the System of Record database and assist with logistical support of designated site codes; generate weekly/monthly reporting analysis.
• Provide support for locally stored equipment and maintain location and lifecycle information.
• Assist with disposal actions and mandatory documentation for record keeping.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
