Christy Sports is hiring a Softgoods Sales Associate in the Vail area to help guests find the right gear, fit, and style for mountain adventures. You will combine product expertise with a goal of delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving sales and maintaining the gear collection.

The role emphasizes friendly service, active skiing or snowboarding interest, and a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and willingness to help guests.
• Passion for skiing or snowboarding, or eagerness to learn.
• Flexible with scheduling including holidays and weekends.
• Ability to stand for hours and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for processing transactions and documentation.
• Strong English fluency, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with energy, creating a fun shopping experience.
• Engage customers to understand style, needs and mountain goals.
• Share product knowledge on technical features, fit and performance.
• Close sales while building genuine guest relationships.
• Suggest complementary products and services to enhance adventures.
