Qualifications
- Outgoing and friendly, loves talking gear and mountain style.
- Enjoy skiing or snowboarding (or eager to learn).
- Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
- Able to stand for hours and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions.
- Strong English fluency (written and verbal).
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with energy and enthusiasm, creating a fun shopping experience.
- Engage with customers to understand their style and needs.
- Share knowledge about gear features, fit and performance.
- Close sales while building lasting guest relationships.
