Qualifications

- Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and variable shifts.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with energy to create a fun shopping experience.
- Engage customers to understand style, needs, and mountain goals.
- Share technical product knowledge and features.
- Close sales while building relationships for repeat visits.
- Suggest complementary products and services for mountain adventures.
- Operate point-of-sale systems smoothly and accurately.
- Create displays to showcase latest gear.
- Restock and organize the softgoods collection.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
