Christy Sports in Denver is seeking a Softgoods Sales Associate to help guests look good, perform better, and feel confident on the mountain. You will bring your passion for skiing or snowboarding, your eye for fashion, and your love of helping people to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving sales.

You’ll greet guests, discuss gear features and fit, manage displays and inventory, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service in a fast-paced outdoor retail environment.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and passion for talking gear and mountain lifestyle.
• Interest in skiing or snowboarding; willingness to learn and share knowledge.
• Flexibility with schedule including holidays and weekends; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with energy and enthusiasm, creating a fun and engaging shopping experience.
• Connect with customers to understand style, needs, and mountain goals; explain product features and performance.
• Close sales while building genuine relationships and suggest complementary products and services.
• Manage inventory, restock, organize displays, and maintain the softgoods collection.
