Ideal candidates are energetic, enjoy talking gear all day, and are comfortable working a flexible retail schedule including holidays and weekends.
Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Availability to work holidays and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Connect with customers to understand their style, needs, and mountain goals.
- Share knowledge about product features, fit, and performance.
- Close sales with confidence while building authentic relationships.
- Suggest complementary products and services to enhance mountain adventures.
- Master point-of-sale systems for smooth transactions.
- Create displays that showcase our latest gear and inspire customers.
- Assist with inventory by restocking and organizing the softgoods collection.
