Christy Sports in Crested Butte, CO is seeking a Hardgoods Sales Associate who helps guests find the right skis, snowboards, boots, and bindings, with expert bootfitting and personalized service that leaves guests confident and excited for their time on the mountain.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly and able to talk ski or board shop all day.
• Love to ski or snowboard (or eager to learn).
• Flexible with schedule—holidays, weekends, split shifts.
• Able to stand for hours and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for processing transactions and documentation.
• Strong English fluency (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and guide them to the right skis, snowboards, boots, and bindings.
• Provide personalized bootfitting for comfort and performance.
• Share gear knowledge and industry trends with guests.
• Maintain a warm, inviting shop displays.
• Create memorable experiences for beginners and experts alike.
• Support the team to keep the shop running smoothly.
