• Familiarity with video scouting programs and data capture technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of a successful NCAA Division I softball program through coaching, recruiting, and player development.
• Assist with practice planning, game preparation, and competition strategies; provide specialized instruction for outfielders.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, evaluations, campus visits, and eligibility per NCAA and UNI guidelines.
• Contribute to scouting, travel logistics, fundraising, and donor relations.
