Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Experience coaching softball at college or high school level.
• Candidates should embrace Northwestern’s Christian identity and mission.

Responsibilities

• Recruit athletes and build positive relationships with coaches and athletes.
• Possibly teach in kinesiology or support athletic department duties.
