Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and four years of collegiate softball/baseball coaching or playing experience.
• Student experience will be considered.
• Must follow NCAA, MVC, and UNI rules.

Responsibilities

• Coaching, recruiting, and player development for the program.
• Assists with practice planning, game prep, and scouting.
• Coordinate team travel and logistical operations.
• Support academic achievement and referrals for student‑athletes.
• Engage in fundraising and donor relations activities.
