Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in product development with textile, surface design, or soft home goods.
• High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute soft home artwork and surface designs using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Collaborate with the Product Development team through the full design lifecycle from concept to artwork execution and prototyping.
• Select seasonal color palettes and apply knowledge of current market trends, color theory, and competitive brands to product designs.
• Translate and interpret conceptual design ideas into production-ready artwork.
• Manage multiple design projects with strong organization and follow-through.
• Work closely within a team to align on product vision and deliverables.
