Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal skills with clear verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills with familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, climb a ladder, and lift 30 lb.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every Customer and provide world class service.
• Assist in Soft Goods areas (Apparel, Juniors, Footwear, Clearance, Fitting Rooms).
• Maintain well-stocked merchandise and visually appealing displays.
• Handle front-end operations (returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions) as needed.
• Keep Soft Goods areas clean, organized and operational.
