Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a friendly Soft Goods Associate to help customers in our apparel, juniors, and footwear areas. You will support front-end operations, assist with returns and exchanges, and ensure merchandise is stocked and presented to a high standard.

You will build lasting customer relationships with a focus on knowledge of products, promotions, and loyalty programs. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Communication: strong listening and interpersonal skills; able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Computer: basic computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Organization: able to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: retail sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide world-class service in Soft Goods areas (Men's/Women's apparel, Juniors, footwear).
• Assist with front-end operations including returns, exchanges, gift cards, promotions, and loyalty rewards.
• Keep Soft Goods areas stocked and visually appealing to drive sales and customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, professional store environment and provide knowledgeable product information.
• Stay informed about merchandising promotions and events to support sales campaigns.
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities to improve customer experience.
